Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 noon on the same day, Monday – Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. Any order placed after 12:00 noon on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Any delays with our postal services are outside of Music and Merchandise's control and please allow 2 days after any stated delivery time before contacting us regarding your order. Please see below for all postage estimates and further information.

UK First Class mail
First Class Royal Mail aims to deliver your letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday, but please allow up to 5 working days from the point of dispatch for this service. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.

UK Tracked
Tracked mail we aim to deliver your packet within two to three working days UK from the point of dispatch. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.

UK Next Day
Next day delivery for guaranteed delivery of your urgent or valuable item the next working day to 99%* of the UK. Orders must be placed before 12.00 noon. We'll deliver your item before 1:00 pm the next working day.

Saturday Delivery
Next day delivery for guaranteed delivery of your urgent or valuable item the next available Saturday to 99%* of the UK. Orders must be placed before 12.00 noon
Please note orders placed after 12.00 noon on a Friday will be sent Monday on a Next Working Day service.

European delivery
We offer two services to Europe. Europe Standard and Europe Tracked. With both services we aim to deliver within five to seven working days, from the date when the order was shipped. Please allow delays due to postal service issues. Unfortunately, there are uncontrollable factors which may cause delays. 21 business days should be allowed for delivery. Your package should arrive within this time frame. If you have not received anything after this time frame listed, please check with your local sorting office to ensure nothing has been held there. If you have selected Europe Tracked, please contact our team and they will provide you with your tracking information. We strongly advise a Europe Tracked service for urgent deliveries.

Rest of the world delivery
We offer two postal services to Rest Of World Countries. ROW Standard and ROW Tracked. With both services we aim to deliver within ten working days from the date when the order was shipped. Please allow delays due to postal service issues. Unfortunately, there are uncontrollable factors which may cause delays. 28 business days should be allowed for delivery. Your package should arrive within this time frame. If you have not received anything after this time frame listed, please check with your local sorting office to ensure nothing has been held there. If you have selected ROW Tracked, please contact our team and they will provide you with your tracking information. We strongly advise a ROW Tracked service for urgent deliveries.

Free Delivery
We currently offer FREE delivery on ALL branded items. Offer applies to UK/Europe orders only. Free standard delivery, any express services will incur charges. For any further queries please contact our customer services team.
Will I be charged customs and Import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination Country. The charges must be paid by the customer receiving the order.
Unfortunately, Music and Merchandise have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend you to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Tracked Delivery
If you have selected a tracked service, please log into your account or contact us to find your tracking number. If you have selected any of the following delivery services, your parcel does NOT include tracking information I'm afraid. First Class, Europe Standard, Row Standard. If you require the delivery by a certain date or wish to track the progress of your parcel, please select a tracked service.

Despatch time
Music and Merchandise aim to ship all orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday the same day, excluding bank holidays. If we do encounter stock issues we will be in touch with customers within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note during busy periods/bank holidays occasional delays may occur.

My order has not arrived
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with our customer services team, have you tried the following?
- Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
- Checking if you have an attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
- Checking with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
- Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.
- Checking if you have requested your items to be shipped via a tracked service the tracking link via your confirmation email or log into my account to view the up to date tracking information.
If you still can't find your parcel, please email us using the contact us page and quote your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you missing order.

I have received a faulty item
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a fault with your order, please contact our Customer services team with the order number, the faulty item's name and number, and a description of the fault. In some incidents we might ask for photos of the faulty items.
We'll get back to you within 24 hours and send you a replacement item/refund as quickly as we can.
