Music and Merchandise Christmas delivery dates and Returns policy

  • Music and Merchandise has extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2013. Orders placed from 5th November 2013 can be returned up until 13th January 2013 and are subject to our Returns Policy.

    Rest of the world - before 12 noon, 6th December Eastern Europe - before 12 noon, 9th December Western Europe - before 12 noon, 12th December

    UK 1st class - before 12 noon, 20th December UK Tracked - before 12 noon, 18th December UK Special Delivery - before 12 noon, 23rd December

  • Unfortunately, there are uncontrollable factors which may cause delays during busy times of the year. Please be sure to order before the dates stated above to avoid disappointment. If you have not received anything after the time frame listed with your order, please check with your local sorting office to ensure nothing has been held there.
